Presented my award-winning machine learning pipeline for the CAMDA 2021 “Literature AI for Drug Induced Liver Injury” (DILI) challenge. Discussed utilizing transformer models (RoBERTa) to automatically classify and extract liver pathology articles from large-scale PubMed datasets.
